Un dimanche à l’Île de la Jatte – Elodie in Paris

Dimanche dernier, je suis allée pour la première fois sur l’Île de la Jatte, on m’en parlait depuis des années, notamment pendant mes cours d’histoire de l’art, car l’Île de la Jatte est connue pour ses peintures impressionnistes. L’endroit est sublime, j’en ai donc profité pour faire quelques photos avec Monsieur. Nous voulions tester ensemble mon 5D et j’adore énormément le rendu de ce shooting. Je porte une combi à fleurs Ichi, rappelez vous, j’avais eu un coup de cœur pour un look que je vous avais présenté cet été, j’aime toujours autant ce que fait la marque. Je porte plus souvent mes lunettes en ce moment, une habitude qu’il faudrait que j’arrive à garder un peu plus longtemps…#myopie. Bref ! C’est bientôt le week-end, pour ma part je vais bruncher dans une nouvelle adresse et assister à une pièce de théâtre dimanche, ma première à Paris, j’ai hâte ! & vous, quoi de prévu ce week-end? xx

Last Sunday, I went to l’Île de la Jatte for the first time, I used to learn a lot about it during my art studies, because of the impressionists who spent a lot of time painting there. The place is magical, so I shot an outfit there with my man. We wanted to use my new 5D camera together and I really like the pictures. I’m wearing a floral jumpsuit from Ichi, do you remember the look I published this summer here with a cute blouse and white shorts? It was from Ichi too, I really like the style of this brand. I’m wearing my glasses a lot those days, it’s a good thing that I’ll try to keep for the next months…#shortsighted. Anyway ! It’s almost the week end, I’ll go to a nice brunch, then to the theatre on Sunday, my first time in Paris, I can’t wait ! & you, what are you doing this week end? xx

L’imprimé camouflage…un grand retour, je me souviens j’en portais ado, puis c’était devenu has-been, j’avais donc rangé toutes mes vestes au placard, voir même jeté certaines. J’en cherchais une assez cool, oversized, façon « chemise » et je suis tombée sur celle ci sur Asos, de la marque New Look. J’ai aussi cédé à la grande tendance des chokers, en tombant sur un lot assez cool chez Zara…ET à celle des Superstar…3 ans plus tard ! Je vous présente aussi ma nouvelle montre Zadig & Voltaire, avec un bracelet en cuir rouge, ça change un peu pour l’automne ! xx

Camo print…I used to wear it a long time ago during my childhood then it became has-been and I left all my jackets at the closet. I loved it so much and I’m glad It’s trendy again now, I was looking for the perfect jacket, oversized, like a « shirt » and I found this one on Asos from New Look. I also bought some cool chokers lately at Zara…AND some Superstar…3 years after everyone else haha ! I also present you my new watch from Zadig & Voltaire, I love its red bracelet, perfect for fall ! xx

Autumn – Elodie in Paris

Hello ! Nous y voilà, fini l’été, les journées à rallonge, les apéro au bord du lac, hello automne et la tombée de la nuit à 19h30…Je ne suis pas ultra fan de cette période de l’année, qui à tendance à vite me déprimer, mais j’adore les couleurs de l’automne, un peu comme cette robe avec ses jolis motifs automnaux. J’ai eu un coup de cœur en passant devant une boutique IKKS, le genre de robe bohème que j’adore et qui m’obsède pendant des jours…J’avais reçu quelques jours plus tôt ce petit sac C&A marron, qui, je trouve, s’associe à merveille avec le style de la robe. Malheureusement je suis un peu petite et elle faisait souvent office de traîne dans la rue, on me l’a d’ailleurs rappelé à plusieurs reprises…promis je m’occupe de l’ourlet très vite ! xx

Hello ! Here we are, summer is over, end of the afterworks at the lake, hello autumn and the night that falls at 7pm…I’m not very kind of this period of the year but I love the colors of autumn, like this dress with its cute autumnal prints. I had a crush on this dress when I saw it at IKKS store in Paris, the kind of boho dress that obsess me a lot during a few days…I received this brown bag from C&A a few days ago and it matches very well with the dress, don’t you think so? Unfortunately I’m a little bit too small for the dress, some people told me that in the streets…but don’t worry, I’ll make a hem very soon ! xx

Gold Light – Elodie in Paris

Hello ! On se retrouve aujourd’hui avec un look shooté Place de la Concorde, sous la jolie lumière du matin. J’avais déjà shooté cette robe & Other Stories cet été mais je n’étais pas très convaincue par les photos donc j’ai décidé de remettre le shooting à plus tard…et je ne suis pas déçue puisqu’elle se marie à merveille avec mon nouveau bomber doré Zara. Pourtant, j’avais plutôt envie de le porter avec un jean/t-shirt à la base mais je trouve qu’il passe aussi bien avec une robe. C’est la folie des bombers en ce moment, d’ailleurs je viens de m’en commander un sur Pull & Bear que j’ai bien hâte de recevoir…On se retrouve ce week-end avec un nouveau look ! Bisouuus xx

Hello ! I’m back today with an outfit shot Place de la Concorde in Paris with the gold light of the morning. I already shot this outfit with this & Other Stories dress this summer but I was not really convinced by the pictures so I decided to shoot it again…and I’m really happy about this new one because it matches really well my new gold bomber from Zara. At the beginning, I wanted to wear it with a pair of jeans and a t-shirt but it is really nice too with a cute dress. Bombers are everywhere those days, I bought a new one on Pull & Bear online store, I can’t wait to receive it…I’ll be back this week end with a new outfit post ! Kisseees xx
